Update -
We have implemented a fix for the real-time tracking disruption, but it's been slow to correct. Vehicles are beginning to resume tracking in real time, and will continue to come online as the system resumes normal performance.
We are monitoring the performance closely and will continue to update here until it is fully resolved.

Identified -
We have identified the issue causing this morning's service disruption and are working towards a resolution. While the Sync web software and rider-facing tools are accessible, real-time tracking is down for most vehicles. Some basic tracking vehicle may be updating normally. Onboard vehicle systems should be preforming normally during this outage, with the driver interface, onboard announcements, and other features continuing to work locally on the bus.
While our team progresses on resolving the incident, we will provide updates with additional details via this status page.
